We believe that a property should be displayed at its absolute best which is why we will transform your photos from ordinary to extraordinary. Whether it be the removal of those visually unappealing items, or turning an overcast sky to blue.. Please note that non-standard edits may incur an additional fee (i.e. removal of large items such as vehicles, garbage bins, virtual landscaping etc). How To Choose A Package
Ericson Aerials has put together the below guide to help you choose the most appropriate package for your next listing.
SINGLE SHOT
Our single shot is a perfect choice for a one or two bedroom unit or apartment. Your photographer will be on site for less than 30 minutes and will capture the essential shot needed and with a quick turnaround delivery. The most common shot used is a POI or topdown with boundary lines.
LITE PACKAGE
Shooting up to 6 drone images facing N/E/S/W and a topdown, this package is perfect for a 3 – 4 residential home. With more images to work with, you’ll have a greater chance of showcasing what your property has to offer.
STANDARD PACKAGE
The Standard Package is our most popular package. Providing you with up to 10 fully retouched images allows your property to be showcased at its very best from every angle, and having your photographer on site for up to one hour, will ensure nothing is missed. Images are presented at the highest quality with annotaions, boundary lines, lot dimensions and more.
PREMIUM PACKAGE
The perfect package for those larger homes and/ or developments, commercial properties. With up to 15 images to work with, your photographer will work closely with you to ensure no image has been missed, guiding you through every perfect angle and position. A great choice for new home builders, architects and low-density residential developers, new site level views etc.
TWILIGHT UPGRADE
Because who doesn’t love a beautiful twilight sky! This very popular upgrade caters for any property- big or small, to be shot at the beautiful time of twilight (after sunset). Give your property the exposure it deserves by showcasing it in all it’s glory by allowing sky to light up, street lights to shine through and capture the proper images.
VIDEOGRAPHY
Videography has become increasingly popular as of late. Adding a video to your listing is just as important as taking great photos. You have an option of raw video files or an edited feature including royalty free music and or a voiceover.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The above packages are GST exclusive.
- All bookings to be confirmed via electronic communication prior to appointment.
- Any additional fees will be advised to you prior to undertaking any services.
- If you are acting for the interest of a vendor or third party client, it is your responsibility to notify that party of the appropriate appointment details. If the property is unattended or the resident has not been advised of the appointment upon arrival of the Ericson Aerials representative, a cancellation fee may be charged at the discretion of the photographer.
- Services will be invoiced within 5 days unless previously advised.
- Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms set out in the invoice.
- Ericson Aerials retains ownership of all intellectual property and other rights in any materials or photographs produced or created by us during the provision of services. You are granted an irrevocable, royalty free license to use those materials upon payment in all media throughout The USA & Other International Regions for promotional purposes only.
- You agree to inspect all services and/ or products and notify us of any defects within 5 working days of the creation of the services and/ or products, failing which we will have no liability for any defects.
